We welcome everybody to work out according to the Gymstick
guide, developed by Viremestarit Inc.

The general guidelines for Gymstick workouts:

  • Make sure that the fastening straps on the stick and under your feet are securely fastened
  • Do exactly what the guidelines tell you when exercising
  • Do as many repetitions as your own physical condition allows you to do and adjust the resistance if the workout is too easy or too difficult

Please consider the following when exercising with a Gymstick:

  • Listen to your body
  • Begin training carefully if you’ve had knee, shoulder or other joint pains in the past
  • If you have heart problems or if you experience any unusual symptoms during the workout, hold the stick above your head only for short periods at a time
