Gymstick Fitness Tool
The Gymstick consists of the following components, which
can be used both separately and together. All of the components
are developed so that you can get the best possible effect
from the workout!
Original Gymstick
A multi-layered fibreglass structure gives the stick
outstanding strength. The length of the stick is 130 cm, which
means that the stick can be used for various muscle and mobility
exercises with various grip widths
Telescopic
Gymstick
The same
multi-layered fibreglass structure also gives the telescopic
version outstanding strength. The telescopic version is 114 cm
fully extended and just 72 cm when it is retracted making a
fantastic travelling fitness tool. It will fit into a normal
size suitcase or sports bag.
Rubber stoppers:
The stoppers at the ends of both sticks are made of durable
and non-skidding material. The stopper was specially designed
to be compatible with the exercise bands’ connecting mechanism.
It is very easy to use!
Exercise band:
A tube-like exercise band is available in four
different resistance levels:

silver-extra strong (1-25 kg
resistance)

black-strong (1-20 kg
resistance)

blue-medium
(1-15 kg resistance)
-
green-light (1-12 kg resistance).
The bands are made of extremely durable latex.
Exercise band loop:
A durable and easy to use fabric loop at both ends of
the exercise band. Fastening the fabric loop to the stick
is easy with a simple knot!
